Take on this unique opportunity to experience the Berkeley Half Marathon with your group. This year, group registration packages are offered in bulk to 10 or more. Whether you’re looking for a fun goal to set with friends or planning your running group’s next event, come join us as a team and make your Berkeley Half Marathon experience even more memorable.

Group discounts are great for: Groups of friends, families, running clubs, community groups, coworkers, and more!

Choose Your Distance: Groups are eligible to run any event and distances can be mixed.

Scoring: Team points will be awarded based on individual team members’ placement within their age groups and overall team performance

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for following perks:

• Discounts
  This year we are offering 20% off of all invoiced group entries, must reach out before registering
• Groups of 30+
  Finish Festival Hospitality Area: 10′ x 10′ canopy top tent for gathering and hosting your team and friends after the race. You must register all 30 runners by 11/1/24 to be eligible for hospitality tent.

  *Please note that the Finish Festival Hospitality tent space is limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

Group discount Details and Rules

• Groups must have a minimum of 10 runners.
• Group members may run any distance.
• Runners may only be entered on one team roster.
• Runners must follow all rules that pertain to the Berkeley Half Marathon.

To take advantage of the Group discounts and perks, you must reach out to us before you register to request an invoice at customersupport@berkeleyhalfmarathon.com.  Please include your Group  Name and the number of entries needed for your teammates, by distance, to start the process (for example, 3 for the half marathon, 4 for the 10 K, and 3 for the 5K). *If you have already registered,  you will be unable to take advantage of the team discounts. Please note that discounts cannot be combined and no refunds will be issued to teammates who register individually without group comp codes.
