Coaches and Pacers

We will be primarily training folks for the Half Marathon, but feel free to join us for shorter distance training. All our runs are coached and paced.
10K and 5K will be partially paced; trainees will be instructed to return to start at the halfway mark for their prescribed distance.
Half Marathon trainees will be supported by a pacer for the entirety of their run.
