We will primarily train folks for the Half Marathon, but feel free to join us for shorter-distance training. All our runs are coached and paced.
10K and 5K will be partially paced; trainees will be instructed to return to start at the halfway mark for their prescribed distance.
Half Marathon trainees will be supported by a pacer for the entirety of their run.
