RUN365 is the Official Training Program of The Berkeley Half Marathon. We offer three Bay Area locations where you can join other runners with similar goals to train for The Berkeley Half Marathon, The North Face Endurance Challenge, California International Marathon or the fall race of your choice. RUN365 offered a 15-Week Training Program in Fall 2016 and will be announcing more details about the 2017 season soon.
We offer three coached training sessions per week in each location – San Francisco, East Bay (Berkeley) and South Bay. For the days you are on your own, we provide a training calendar with suggested workouts. Our certified coaches will help you achieve your fitness goals. We also provide pacers that run with you during your long runs on the weekends. They keep you at your desired pace, on course and provide support while you run. RUN365 is structured to improve fitness, speed and strength all while providing a friendly welcoming environment.
Ready to get off the pavement for a bit? We offer a challenging yet rewarding coached trail training program as part of our normal fall training program. We can help you get ready for your first trail race, or help you achieve your ultra distance goal (50k – 50 mile). Our trail coaches will teach you how to navigate trails using maps and markers, be self-sufficient out on the trails, uphill and downhill running techniques explained and taught. Use trail running as cross training for your road marathon goal!
